As of May 1st Cake Poker will no longer be deducting from players rakeback for deposit fee’s, deposit bonus’s or store purchases using Gold Chips. However, players will only earn 50% frequent player points while receiving Cake’s 33% rakeback deal without any deductions.
The goal of this change seems to be to keep advantage players from jumping from skin to skin trying to collect bonuses. If you play only on one skin in the Cake Poker network we are estimating that this will be net beneficial for the majority of our players.
