Rush Poker at Full Tilt Poker

Full Tilt Poker has introduced a new take on poker that they hope will be the future of poker going forward. Called Rush Poker, the idea is that instead of being seated at a regular table and playing against the same opponents, you are added to a large pool of players and every hand will be a different lineup of players. As soon as you click on Fold you are taken to a new table where you are immediately dealt into the hand so there is no waiting for a hand to play out.

After that you’ll want to select how much you buy-in for.

When you’ve selected your buy-in amount you’ll get a countdown timer to let you know when the first hand is being dealt.

3-2-1 Go!

When you first join a Rush Poker table you’ll be seated in the first available spot. On your very first hand you will post a big blind. After the first hand the player at the table who has gone the longest without posting a big blind will post the big blind. The small blind and other seating positions are randomized.

After that, most standard ring game rules apply. As soon as you fold your hand you are taken from that table and put at another table. The reason why it’s called Rush Poker is that if you look down from late position with 72o and you have no intention of playing the hand, as soon as you click on Quick Fold you are taken to the next table. You don’t even have to wait for the betting to get around to you for you to fold so you can be moved to the next table.

Also, if you’re into multi-tabling you can play more than once in the same Rush Poker game. Of course, you will never be double seated at the same table but you can still be playing against the same pool of opponents on multiple tables.
